LEAF Patrol System

The LEAF intelligent patrol system uses NFC technology to streamline security patrols, offering significant advantages over traditional systems. Security guards scan NFC tags with their smartphones, enabling real-time synchronization of patrol data to the cloud, immediate reminders for patrols, automatic report creation, and easy tracking of guard locations. Compared to QR codes, NFC tags are more durable, secure, and faster to scan, as they only require close proximity without the need for camera alignment, whereas QR codes need to be aligned within a camera frame, making them less efficient and more susceptible to environmental damage and tampering.

LEAF patrol system can easily add, modify, and manage NFC tags, set the patrol point, according to the time and location for patrol, the security guard will patrol according to the procedure, once the security guard does not scan the NFC tag according to the time, the system will automatically remind and record, completely be automated.

SOS Alert

Our app is equipped with SOS button for emergencies such as robbery or attack cases. When the guard presses the SOS alert, the receiving person in charge will be notified instantly on their phones and the guard’s smartphone will auto capture frontal snapshots of that moment and send the photos automatically to Leaf Patrol server.

Offline Mode for Patrolling

Leaf Patrol can work with offline mode. Guards can switch to offline mode in the app before they begin patrol rounds in areas with no Internet connectivity. Data will be retrieved from the Leaf Patrol server for offline use and once guards have completed their rounds and re-established Internet connection, they can upload the offline data back to server.
